Shipping policy

Please allow us 15 working days to process your order. You will receive an email within 2 working days to confirm your order.

We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If the product does not match the description, you are eligible for a refund. Please note you can only have one dispute per product. 
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at shopmanteltree@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
